Susann M McKibben Obituary (1943 - 2017)

Susann M. McKibben, 73, of Harrison, IL died 9:17 a.m., Wednesday August 30, 2017 in Medina Nursing Center, after a lengthy illness. Born November 6, 1943 in Beloit, WI, daughter of Charles and Gladys (Gilbertson) Nickless. She attended Shirland Grade School, and graduated from Hononegah High School, Class of 1961. Susann married Gary L. McKibben in Harrison, IL on August 25, 1984. She was a member of Shirland United Methodist Church. Survivors include her husband Gary McKibben; sons Robert Hamilton Jr.; Phillip Hamilton, and Rick Hamilton; three grandchildren; sister Carolyn Green and several nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her parents, and brother Laverne “Red” Nickless. Funeral Ceremonies at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday September 6, 2017 in Shirland United Methodist Church 8030 North St Shirland, IL with Pastor Leslie Stanford of Shirland United Methodist Church officiating. Burial will be in Shirland Township Cemetery. Arrangements by McCorkle Funeral Home-Rockton Chapel 767 N Blackhawk Blvd Rockton, IL Visitation will be held in the church form 10:00 a.m. until time of funeral.
