Robin Rae Gesell Obituary (1957 - 2019)

Robin Rae Gesell, 62, of South Beloit, IL at died at 2:34 a.m., Monday, November 18, 2019 in her home. Born February 7, 1957 in Beloit, WI the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth and June (Copus) Wines. She married William J. Gesell in Beloit, WI on June 14, 1975. Robin attended Hope Evangelical Church and was an avid Cubs fan. She loved spending time with her children, grandchildren and family. Survivors include husband William Gesell; daughter Helen (Chris) Dach; son Danny (Jamie) Gesell; daughter Amy (Tony) Adair; grandchildren C.J. and Brooke; sister Helen (Larry) Radant; brother Billy (Debi) Wines; sister Mary Lou Harris; brother Kevin (Dawn) Wines; sister-in-law Connie Miller; brother-in-law Denny Johnson; numerous nieces and nephews and best friend Carol Austin. She is preceded in death by her parents, daughter Carmen, sister Diane Johnson and brother Kenneth Wines. A Celebration of Life to be held at a later date. Cremation Rites were Accorded. McCorkle Funeral Home- Rockton Chapel assisted the family.
