Alliene 'Rickie' Faye Payne Obituary (1926 - 2013)

Alliene “Rickie” Faye Payne, 86, of Rockford died at 3:10 p.m. Sunday, January 13, 2013. Born September 6, 1926 in Beloit, Wisconsin to Mr. and Mrs. William and Girda (Haas) Peck. Married William Payne in Beloit, Wisconsin on November 30, 1946. Rickie enjoyed painting, sewing, and cooking. She is survived by her daughter, Ginger (Tom) Severson of Rockford; grandchildren Marc and Stephanie; niece, Deedee (David) Black; and nephew, Bill (Jill) Herramann. Predeceased by her husband; parents; sister in law, Betty (Gus) George; and brother in law, Junior (Ki) Herramann. A private memorial ceremony will be held at a later date. Cremation rites will be accorded. In lieu of flowers memorials may be given to Owen Township Cemetery.
