Albert L. Moore Obituary (1956 - 2019)

Albert L. Moore, 63, of Rockford, IL died at 10:30 a.m., Saturday, July 27, 2019 as the result of a motorcycle accident. Born March 5, 1956 in Monroe, IL the son of Mr. and Mrs. Robert L. and Sharon A. (Wysong) Moore. Graduated from Durand High School, Class of 1975. He was employed as a truck driver by various freight companies in Northern IL and Southern WI. He was a volunteer for the Northwest Fire District in Rockford and former volunteer for the Durand Fire Department. He was an avid NASCAR fan. Survivors include brothers Gary Moore, Lee Moore, Dennis Moore and Dale Moore; sister Jean (Dan) Sly; brother Larry (Connie) Moore and numerous nieces nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents. A memorial visitation will be held at McCorkle Funeral Home-Durand Chapel, 101 W. Main Street, Durand, IL from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Saturday, August 17, 2019. Cremation rites will be accorded.
