Obituary for Jason Lee Peckham

Jason Lee Peckham, 45, of South Beloit, IL died at 7:43 am Friday February 23, 2018 in Beloit Memorial Hospital after a lengthy illness.

He was born September 28, 1972 in Rockford, IL the son of Thomas and Linda D. (Taylor) Peckham. Jason graduated from South Beloit High School class of 1990 and was employed in the accounting department at Taylor Freezer in Rockton, IL. He was involved in the Boys and Girls Club in South Beloit, IL. Jason played softball both locally and nationally for many years.

Survivors include daughter Brooklyn Peckham; son Riley Peckham; grandson Oliver Smith; father Thomas Peckham; sister Paula Peckham; brother Michael (Valerie) Peckham; fiancee Andrea Koebernick; paternal grandmother JoAnn Spear; several Aunts, Uncles, Cousin, Nieces and Nephews. He is predeceased by his Mother, sister Rebekah Peckham.

A memorial ceremony will be held at 1:30 pm Wednesday February 28, 2018 in McCorkle Funeral Home – Rockton Chapel 767 N. Blackhawk Blvd Rockton, IL with Reverend John Zimmerman of New Life Church in Loves Park, IL officiating.

Cremation Rites to be Accorded.
Final resting place to be Rockton Township Cemetery.

A visitation will be held at the funeral home from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm Tuesday.

A memorial will be established.
